Wakatoa were a brand new company and contacted Eopia as they were in need of a web solution to get them onto the World Wide Web.
For Wakatoa we mocked-up, designed and built the website using XHTML, CSS and our SEO special recipe and showed them for approval. Regan, the guy behind Wakatoa, is a sensational Maori artist, so we built the site to show off all of his 3D work (except one piece which he gave to us as a thank you). He's also a skipper and the website shows off both his skills and passions.
The finished result was just what Wakatoa were after, it shows off his artwork and skipper skills and is constantly being updated with new pieces of his artwork for sale.
Wakatoa provide a marine services as well as creative Maori artwork. They provide marine services to the marine trade, from skippered yacht charters and delivery to yacht commissioning and general maintenance. Artwork from Wakatoa draws from traditionally Maori art and knowledge from New Zealand. They make contemporary Maori art sculptures and paintings with major influences from natural descent.
